Born from the shared vision of hospitality professional Kimberley and master pizza craftsman Chef Raj, Knead is the result of experience, passion, and a relentless pursuit of quality.

We set out to create something different for Adelaide’s coastline: a space where time-honoured techniques meet bold, modern flavour. A place where people could gather, connect, and experience pizza as it was meant to be in true Napoli style - slowly prepared, thoughtfully topped, and baked to perfection.

Built from Passion and Guided by Tradition

Chef Raj brings decades of hands-on experience, including local Adelaide training and time at Singapore’s famed Raffles Hotel in pizza making, has a deep respect for traditional methods, especially sourdough. His craft is defined by patience, precision, and a creative spirit that shows in every pizza pulled from Knead’s oven.

Kimberley, with a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and event design, brings the warmth, care, and service that elevate the dining experience. Her commitment to detail ensures every visit to Knead feels as welcoming as it is delicious.
